    •    Lost or Stolen Packages: HOLY! Chili Oil & Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

    •    Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within X days with photos of the damaged items. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

    •    Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.

    •    Liability Disclaimer: HOLY! Chili Oil & Co. is not liable for any damages, delays, or losses incurred during transit. Once the package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
